  • No certificate or completion proof has been issued for the course.
  • The refund request is made with a valid reason (e.g., technical issues, duplicate payment).

2) Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are non-refundable:

  • Courses or notes that have been accessed or downloaded.
  • Subscription plans after the first 3 days of activation.
  • Any promotional or discounted purchases.

3) How to Request a Refund

5) Cancellations
